Admin Committee
The ACCA Admin Committee adopts a responsible and collaborative approach in working with authorities such as the Civil Aviation Organization, airline customs, airport service companies, and related entities. The committee strives to provide necessary facilities for the import and export of goods via air transportation, including both internal and external air transit. In pursuit of these objectives, the committee engages with commercial establishments, financial institutions, insurance firms, and other relevant entities.
A. Engagement with domestic and international public and private organizations:
1- Contributing to the growth of the nation’s air transportation and commercial sector through adherence to regulatory guidelines and policies, engaging in constructive dialogue with regulatory bodies, and offering strategic solutions to enhance efficiency in delivering air freight and integrated logistics services.
2. Recognizing and fulfilling our accountability by working closely with authorities to meet the obligations and responsibilities assigned to our organization. We are also prepared to provide relevant recommendations and offer our facilities for authorities to communicate with freight service companies in accordance with regulations. Furthermore, we are committed to submitting authorities’ circulars, providing assistance, and offering guidance to facilitate the process of obtaining or renewing cargo service licenses.
3. Establishing alliances with domestic banks, credit institutions, and international financial and monetary organizations in accordance with local regulations. This endeavor is designed to improve and broaden financial services for our members.
4. Collaborating with the IATA Association and other key international aviation organizations to enhance coordination and optimize resource utilization for improved service delivery. Developing a cohesive and cooperative partnership among air cargo service providers, airlines, airport service companies, and regulatory authorities.
5. Collaborating with insurance providers to evaluate their services for potential utilization, recommending suitable insurance solutions to enhance the transportation process, protecting the liability of transportation operators with collective insurance options, and improving efficiency in both international and domestic transportation operations through effective insurance coverage.
6. Providing expert guidance on domestic and international air transportation rates, air transportation service tariffs, and associated issues through the issuance of advisory opinions.
7. Facilitating membership growth and establishing partnerships with authorities both domestically and internationally. This includes connecting members with relevant authorities for access to services and facilities, providing consultation for contract negotiations, memoranda of understanding, and technical protocols. Other activities involve participating in domestic and foreign trade exhibitions, organizing business delegation exchanges, and fostering opportunities for collaboration and member development.
B - Provision of Services and Support:
1. Our organization provides proposals and specialized solutions to facilitate the exportation of goods through internationally accepted methods. These solutions include services such as receiving goods directly from the factory door or warehouse of the goods owner, storage at off-airport locations, packaging, and electronic customs declaration services. We also coordinate the scanning of goods by air cargo service providers under the supervision of law enforcement agencies and assist in preparing essential documentation for the providers, including certificates of origin, health certificates, and quarantine standard certificates. Additionally, we offer services for loading goods into Unit Load Device (ULD) containers and provide logistical support throughout the transportation process without requiring separate bills of lading at each stage. For imported cargo, we handle container receipt, loading and unloading at cargo service company warehouses, customs clearance services, and final delivery to the recipient, all while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards set by law enforcement, customs authorities, and relevant institutions.
2. Offering proposals and specialized solutions to government officials to transition the transportation process to an electronic system and enhance international communication. Collaborating with relevant domestic and foreign authorities to streamline the electronic transportation process. Additionally, preparing necessary documentation for air cargo services, including certificates of origin, health, quarantine, and standards, to simplify export procedures for goods exporters.
3. The association conducts a thorough technical and professional assessment of its members and facilitates introductions to airline companies for the purpose of leveraging services and support in securing cargo sales representatives from airlines.
4. 4. The association grants membership approval for the use of Air Waybill (AWB) services provided by domestic and international airlines. Financial commitments and guarantees are necessary from members in order to access this privilege. Additionally, the association facilitates financial transactions between members and airlines or other relevant entities through internal and external software systems.
5. The standardization of forms, documents, and contractual agreements between goods owners and air cargo service companies for the purpose of delivering optimal and consistent service by cargo service providers.

Tarining Committee
The training committee has the aim to coordinate with the Civil Aviation Organization and other domestic and international training centers to provide aviation training, holding conferences, seminars, webinars, conducting research, and preparing specialized reports and articles in the field of Air Cargo Transportation.
Finance Committee
The finance committee of Air Cargo Companies Association has been formed with the aim of keeping the books of accounts of Association and also provide financial advise and support the members of Association in taxation ways and provide any type of assistance for the members of the association.
Legal Committee
The legal committee aims to make proposals to the related bodies of the judiciary regarding the use of international laws and conventions related to air transportation in complaints and damages cases and to create a consensus regarding consultation, arbitration, advocacy, and joint contracts for transportation companies.
Public Relations Committee
The Public Relations Committee of Air Cargo Companies Association has been formed with the approach of attracting new members, introducing the Association and its members to other domestic and foreign Associations and vice versa and providing a uniform solution for companies regarding how to serve customers.
