About Air Cargo Companies Association
The air cargo industry is an essential part of the economy, contributing significantly to growth and development of a country. With a long lasting presence in our country, air cargo sector plays a vital role in the economy of the country having many skilled and professional people in this field.
Many organizations are active in this field, including both public and private airline companies, domestic and international air cargo service providers, airport services firms, packaging and storage companies, customs service providers, as well as exclusive agency entities. Government organizations and regulatory bodies also play a key role in overseeing and regulating this sector.
Due to the important role that air cargo transportation plays in global commerce, particularly in the safe and efficient delivery of goods, companies that specialize in air cargo services are vital in facilitating the transportation of goods by air. It is recognized that these service providers are essential in the air freight industry, and there is a need for a specialized trade association to improve the standard of air cargo services. Therefore, the following Articles of Association have been developed for implementation.
Committees of Air Cargo Companies Association
Facilities Committee
The association’s facilities committee, with the approach of accepting responsibility and cooperating with various authorities such as the civil aviation organization, customs, airlines, airport service companies and other relevant bodies, aims to provide the necessary facilities for air cargo service companies.
Education Committee
The training committee was established in coordination with the Civil Aviation Organization and other domestic and international training centers with the aim of providing aviation training, holding conferences, seminars, conducting research, and preparing specialized reports and articles.
Public Relation Committee
The Public Relations Committee of Iran Air Cargo Service Association has been formed with the approach of attracting new members, introducing the association and its members to other domestic and foreign associations and vice versa and providing a uniform solution for companies regarding how to serve customers.
Finance Committee
The financial group of the Iranian Air Cargo Service Companies Association has been formed with the aim of reviewing and maintaining financial documents and books, ready to provide financial and tax advice to the members of the association.
Legal Committee
The legal committee aims to make proposals to the related bodies of the judiciary regarding the use of international laws and conventions related to air transportation in complaints and damages cases and to create a consensus regarding consultation, arbitration, advocacy, and joint contracts for transportation companies. The load is formed.
