Legal Committee

The primary objective of the legal committee is to present recommendations to the appropriate judicial entities pertaining to the utilization of international laws and treaties in the realm of air transportation in addressing grievances and instances of harm. Additionally, the committee seeks to establish consensus in legal inquiries concerning the facilitation of guidance, mediation, and contractual representation. Collaborating for the benefit of freight enterprises.

Offering consulting services and diligently addressing financial, executive, and service disputes among members or between members and other individuals or entities. Facilitating arbitration and establishing arbitration committees to effectively resolve conflicts. Providing guidance to business owners of airline companies and relevant authorities on arbitration and expert opinions. Advising authorities on best practices and fostering unity among members and authorities. Ensuring a streamlined process for investigating complaints and damages in air cargo transportation and enhancing the quality of expert opinions.

Identifying and selecting a representative or representatives, engaging consultants and experts, and appointing legal counsel, potentially including attorneys or legal advisors authorized to act on behalf of the association, for the purpose of representing the organization or its members in dispute resolution processes before the Ministry of Labor or other relevant authorities to pursue or defend against legal actions concerning the rights of the association or its members.

Engaging in the examination and analysis of conventions, protocols, and international laws, drafting supplementary reports, and submitting proposals to relevant authorities for the incorporation and application of established international legal frameworks. Diligently working towards the proper implementation of these laws.

Ensuring the legal compliance and validation of guild members, securing requisite assurances from members, and executing essential contracts for facilitating the international and domestic representation of members to pertinent organizations, bodies, and associations.

Provision of information and legal monitoring to prevent the phenomenon of goods and drug trafficking through collaboration with the relevant authorities.

Facilities committee

The association’s facilities committee, with the approach of accepting responsibility and cooperating with various authorities such as the civil aviation organization, customs, airlines, airport service companies and other relevant bodies, aims to provide the necessary facilities for air cargo service companies.

Education committee

The training committee was established in coordination with the Civil Aviation Organization and other domestic and international training centers with the aim of providing aviation training, holding conferences, seminars, conducting research, and preparing specialized reports and articles.

Financial committee

The financial comittee of the Iranian Air Cargo Service Companies Association has been formed with the aim of reviewing and maintaining financial documents and books, ready to provide financial and tax advice to the members of the association.

Public Relations committee

The Public Relations Committee of Iran Air Cargo Service Association has been formed with the approach of attracting new members, introducing the association and its members to other domestic and foreign associations and vice versa and providing a uniform solution for companies regarding how to serve customers.
