Training Committee

The training committee, in collaboration with the Civil Aviation Organization and other local and international training institutions, strives to offer aviation training and work towards the attainment of the following objectives:

The primary duties of the position involve conducting research, preparing reports and articles that are specialized, technical, and analytical in nature on topics related to the transportation industry. These reports and articles are intended for presentation to relevant authorities for decision-making purposes and for the improvement of air cargo transportation. Additionally, the dissemination of this information is facilitated through various means, such as publication on the internet and other publishing platforms. This may include the creation of books, magazines, brochures, and specialized bulletins in Persian or foreign languages, which can be distributed, free or sold to interested parties.

Developing partnerships with the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Civil Aviation Organization, and other regulatory bodies for the training of air transport specialists. This training will be conducted by instructors from the respective organizations or by internal experts, either in person or through online platforms. Additionally, members and instructors may be sent to IATA and other relevant organizations for further training opportunities.

Planning and coordinating conferences, educational seminars, and webinars within the transportation industry, featuring local and international experts. Delegates are selected to participate in seminars and attend both domestic and international webinars focused on air transportation. The objective of these activities is to enhance knowledge, facilitate discussions, and ensure alignment of domestic air transport regulations with international standards.

The activities encompassed within our organization include the preparation, translation, editing, and authoring of books. Additionally, we specialize in the production and dissemination of software relevant to air transportation. Our services extend to the provision of online, face-to-face, and virtual training sessions aimed at educating both employees and the general public on the intricacies of air transportation, commerce, transportation software, translation services, general software applications, and foreign languages.

Facilitating communication with academic institutions nationwide and abroad, fostering information exchange and collaboration on scientific research. This includes developing joint research initiatives, offering in-person or online courses, exchanging faculty members, leveraging the resources and expertise of academic centers to advance and enhance air cargo transportation. Additionally, promoting scientific knowledge dissemination among both members and the general public is a key objective.

Admin Committee

The Admin committee, with the approach of accepting responsibility and cooperating with various authorities such as the Civil Aviation Organization, Customs, Airlines, Airport Service and Ground Handling Agents and other related organizations, aims to provide the necessary facilities for Import, Export and Transit of Goods in the Air field.

Finance Committee

The Finance committee of Air Cargo Companies Association has been formed with the aim of  keeping the  books of accounts of Association and also provide financial advise and support the members of Association in taxation ways and provide any type of assistance for the members of the association.


Legal Committee

The Legal committee aims to make proposals to the related bodies of the judiciary regarding the use of international laws and conventions related to air transportation in complaints and damages cases and to create a consensus regarding consultation, arbitration, advocacy, and joint contracts for transportation companies. 

Public Relations Committee

The Public Relations Committee of Air Cargo  Companies Association has been formed with the approach of attracting new members, introducing the Association and its members to other domestic and foreign Associations and vice versa and providing a uniform solution for companies regarding how to serve customers.
