Public Relations Committee

The Public Relations Committee has been established with the objective of employing new members, promoting the association and its members to both domestic and foreign associations, facilitating mutual collaboration, and offering standardized customer service solutions for companies. The committee is dedicated to pursuing the following goals:

1. Facilitating coordination among guild members to establish a cohesive policy for effectively servicing merchants and product owners. This includes ensuring a high standard of service delivery and satisfaction, while avoiding collaboration with product owners deemed to lack the requisite honesty and integrity, as identified by the trade union, and subsequently informing association members accordingly.

2. Implementing the requisite protocols to mitigate detrimental competition by fostering internal coordination within the organization in accordance with the statutory regulations and resolutions put forth by the assemblies and the board of directors.

3. Utilizing the website, internet platforms, social networks, and advertisements both domestically and internationally to promote the service association and its members to regulatory authorities and employ a greater number of members. Additionally, reciprocally introducing members to aviation-related associations, unions, and centers, and providing them with relevant information on operations. Collaborating with these entities to streamline the membership acceptance process, ultimately advancing air transportation and logistics and enhancing the benefits for members.
